Return Period:

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return an item.
  • Once we receive your notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

How to Initiate a Return:

Change of Mind Returns:

  • We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on most items within the 14-day window, provided they are returned in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage for change of mind returns.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at
  • We will arrange for a replacement item or a full refund, including the cost of return postage. We will provide you with a pre-paid postage label for your convenience.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return:

  • We cannot accept returns on perishable or sanitary items due to hygiene reasons.

Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any items that do not meet these conditions.

Return Inspection:

  • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Once the inspection is complete, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.


  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
